We're thrilled to announce that The Billy Motel is getting a major refresh! Starting this November, we're giving our rooms brand new bathrooms, flooring, furniture, and fresh paint — all while keeping that Hillbilly Fabulous charm you love.
Here's the Plan:
Phase 1: November 1–21 Half of our guest rooms will undergo a complete renovation. We're talking new bathrooms, fresh flooring, all new furniture, updated paint, new mini-splits, plus amenities like coffee machines and mini fridges.
Phase 2: December 1–18 The remaining rooms get the same glow-up treatment.
The Good News: We'll stay open and welcoming guests throughout both phases! Only the rooms being renovated will be blocked from reservations — so you can still book your mountain getaway with us.
What to Expect During Your Stay:
Monday–Thursday, 7 AM–5 PM: Some construction activity may occur. We'll keep the noise contained as much as possible.
Weekends: Minimal disturbances — we promise.
Parking: Your designated parking space in front of your room stays yours.
